It is always clear when Rifle season starts in Colorado.
Hunters travel across I-70 with their gear for success. Starting tomorrow, I-70 will have vehicles across it with elk bodies tied across the roof, tailgate, or trailer.
I hear Hubby and his crew has a great chance to get an elk because this weekend is a New Moon... and I guess that is a good thing for hunters.
I snapped this photo Friday morning on my way to work... yes, I drive with the moon 4 days a week.
