Well, I did not post yesterday because I was incapacitated with food poisoning. I have never had food poisoning before, and, my goodness, I hope never to experience that again.
The worst part of the illness ran its course in 24 hours, but the residual affects on my body, energy level, intestinal track, and more have been enduring and unpleasant. In fact, if I don't improve today, I may have to track down a doctor this weekend to determine if antibiotics are needed.
I hope and pray you have never experienced a similar illness... and I will be signing off until I am feeling better.
