Since we were in St. Louis so close to Howard and Caroline's first birthday, when we finally were healthy enough, we were able to celebrate their birthday with our St. Louis family.
I love that "celebrating with the family" means that we all have dinner together (a regular occurrence in St. Louis), with the added twist of twins eating cupcakes. Becky did find her First Birthday decorations, and Memaw bought a few balloons... but it was very low-key, which, in my opinion, is perfect for a child's first birthday.

The big girls wanted to finish the cakes... they also didn't want to wear clothes because the babies didn't have to wear clothes.
