The other day, I got home from work and, as always, many responsibilities greeted me.
After a few minutes, I let Tracey Ann play with my car keys while I tried to get a handle on things -- put my lunch away, clean the dirty diaper left for me, take the trash outside, etc...
While I was doing those things, a car alarm started sounding. I heard it and thought to myself, "I wonder what the neighbors are up to."
A few minutes later -- literally MINUTES later -- I realize that I have a TODDLER PLAYING WITH MY CAR KEYS. Yup, that is MY car alarm that has been sounding for five minutes.
I'm sorry, neighbors. I had Mama Brain.
