James 1:2-4
"My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,
knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
But let patience have its perfect work,
that you may be perfect and complete,
lacking nothing."

Brooke, I'm sure you've posted this verse today because it's given you comfort this week. I know that God is making you complete and more and more beautiful because of this current trial. You are in my prayers.

The first word that comes to mind when reading that verse is "peaceful."
ReplyDeleteLoved it! We had a pastor who loved to encourage us with this motto also, "when life hands you lemons, make lemonade." Thanks for the great reminder.
