Hunter Nicholas -- Eleven Months

WOW!  Eleven months!  This little boy is going to be one in no time!

Weight: 

I'm not sure... probably a little more than 16 pounds, 6 ounces.  We will weigh him at this one year check up.

Length:  

Probably a little longer than 27.5" long -- we will weight him at his one year check up.

Clothing size: 

Pretty much 12 months clothes, with some 18 month onesies because those are short-sleeved.  Some 18-24 month coats and sweat shirts, and he is just starting to grow out of his 12 month sleepers, but mostly 12 month clothing.

 Eating:  

What a month this has been!  Hunter eats anything except peanuts and eggs, but he has an appointment soon to see if he can tolerate eggs when they are cooked in something (like breads, cakes, etc.). He finally started holding his bottle this month, and so I took that opportunity to start going through our stash of frozen breastmilk.  He loves fruit, and most anything unless he is tired.  He drinks water and bottled breastmilk.

Sleeping:  

Hunter slept really well right up until he turned 11 months, and at that time, he had a little cold, which interrupted his sleep quite a bit.  Thankfully, he is back to sleeping through the night.  Lately, is is sound asleep by 6:30 and sleeps until 7:30 the next morning.  It is glorious!

He also naps for 1-2 hours in the middle of the day.

New things/discoveries/accomplishments: 

No new teeth, but we're keeping an eye out (just the same four that he had last month)

Pulling up on things and starting to push them to walk

Holding his own bottles really well

LOVING Lexie -- which I don't think it is new thing, but now he is very mobile and he tries to follow her wherever she goes.

Likes: 

Crawling

Being around his siblings

Watching his siblings play

Small pieces of paper on the floor that he puts immediately in his mouth

Any small pieces of food that fall from the table that he puts immediately in his mouth

SPLASHING in the tub -- like CRAZY splashing in the tub... this kid is hilarious

Looking out windows -- either the window out our back door or pulling up to see out our backyard window

A runny nose

Sitting still for diaper changes when he could be crawling around

Being tired

 Places He's Gone:

We went out to brunch with our family when they were here for Hubby's surprise birthday.

We had family pictures taken while all our extended family was here in town.

After all the excitement of family being here, Hunter (and the rest of us) went to the local respiratory clinic for COVID tests because one of our family members got sick with COVID while visiting us.

Dressing in Michigan gear -- first game isn't until this weekend, but we were excited to know that it is coming.
