Blog Parade - Making March Fly By!

In an effort to make March fly by, I've joined the 32nd Street Blog Parade. I'm not entirely sure what this entails, but today it means questions...

1. What's your favorite time of the day, and why?
In theory, I would have to say early morning -- but at this point in my life... I'd have to say while I'm driving to the mountain for skiing. That's not really a time of the day - at least not a time of the day that occurs everyday (unfortunately). So... a time of everyday. Probably that moment when my cat climbs into my arms and up to my shoulder and purrs... it happens everyday - either in the morning or right when I get home -- often both.

2. If health wasn't an issue, what food could you live off of?
Only one? This is hard -- can I just list some foods I LOVE but shouldn't eat? Chinese Buffets! Licorice! Reese Peanut Butter Eggs! Papa John's Pizza! Nutella! COFFEE! Coffee with gingersnaps. Coffee with a spoonful of nutella as a chaser. Oreos and peanut butter dunked in milk... Wow, I love horrible foods.

3. If you could have one wish granted (besides wishing for more wishes), what would it be?
I want to meet the love of my life and I want him to marry me - soon.

4. What's one thing that you get teased about a lot?
As an adult? Probably how fast I walk.

5. If you could choose one movie, book, or TV show to spend your life in, which would you pick? What type of character would you be?
I think I could happily live in Mayberry in the Andy Griffith Show. I would be one of the female characters -- living my life to become a wife and mother.

6. If you could have one talent that you don't already have, what would it be?
I would love to learn languages easily...

7.If money were no object, where would you go on vacation?
Antarctica.

8. If you were an awesome singer, which genre would you sing?
I would love to sing backup for a singer - country, pop, Christian, anything with a melody - I would love to add harmony and sing backup.

9. If you could have a $10,000 shopping spree to one store, what would it be?
Hmmm... probably Sears so I could buy new lawn equipment for my parents.

10. If you could live in any point in time, when would it be?
The Victorian age - late 1800s and early 1900s.

11. If every outfit in your wardrobe had to be one color, what would it be?
Green - or brown so I don't look like a leprechaun every day.

12. If you were one of the seven dwarves, which one would you be?
Doc by day (or during weekdays)... Dopey by night (or on weekends).

13. What's the last album you listened to?
RENT the movie soundtrack.

14. What's something we'd be surprised to know about you?
I love ironing.

  4. Oh good, please come and iron for me. LOL! Actually the only ironing I do is my fabrics for the crafts I make, but still, it's ironing.

Loved reading all your answers and meeting you. I'm with you on the green... that's my fave color. Hadn't thought about how it might possibly make me look like a leprechaun, though. Hmmmm....

Nice to meet you, Brookie! I enjoyed reading some of your blog while I was here and will be back to read more!
