Over the weekend, our kids were thrilled to welcome 3 new members into our family -- Guppy, Gulpers, and Nibbles, three fish.
Our kids won these in a carnival game at the Septemberfest Arts and Crafts fair...
Should parental consent be required before someone just hands your kid a fish? I would say yes.
