As we are preparing to move, there are many times these girls make my job so much easier.
We are so grateful for the men and women who sacrifice so much that we can live freely in the greatest nation in the world.
We have some big news... Hubby is taking a new job in Rangely, Colorado as a school Principal.
Rangely is about 100 miles North west of Rifle, and ... WE ARE MOVING!

Almighty fortress, You go before us
Nothing can stand against the power of our God
You shine in the shadow, You win every battle
Nothing can stand against the power of our God
This past weekend, Caroline and Lee Lee made dinner -- Dr. Pepper chicken in the crockpot with homemade catsup. Hunter of course was a helper.
He found his paw patrol slippers and asked for me to put them on. I didn't think they would fit over his footie pajamas... but they fit and he was the happiest boy in the world!
Sometimes I take a picture, and I just know it's going to be one of those that I look back and just wished I could have frozen my girls right then just to treasure it a little longer.
Amidst Lee Lee's last dance class and the big kids' Field Day at their elementary school, we celebrated Brady's first birthday!
In typical Brady fashion, he was happy as can be with mylar balloons to start the day (he pretty much held on to one or two ALL day), some bite-sized cupcakes, and a few new toys which his older siblings were kind enough to help him open.
He is the happiest baby in the world, and we are so incredibly fortunate that God sent him to be our littlest Mountain Miller.
Brady seems to think half an oreo makes a good hat... I guess I can save money on a birthday hat today.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRADY!!!
The kids and I had a movie night this past weekend... and Mama had a very full lap. It was so much fun.
Caroline and Howard had their first ever kindergarten field trip last week -- a HUGE deal for our twin kindergarteners. When I asked them their favorite parts of the day, Caroline said "the turtles."
It wasn't until I saw this picture her school posted on facebook following the field trip that I had an idea of what was so impressive about "the turtles."
Highlights of Mothers Day
An oreo cookies and milk breakfast buffet
Gifts of art projects
Brunch out with the crew
Monster Truck show (it was WINDY!)
Ice cream with a play area
There is no better job in the whole world!
