Happy Third Birthday!

Happy Birthday to our amazing three year old twins, Howard and Caroline!

HOWARD JAMES

Howard is our adventurer and our one and only boy.  He loves sports -- any and all sports especially the ones that involve throwing, kicking or hitting balls.  He loves to run and jump and move.  He takes very good care of his sisters... and also knows how to annoy them as only a brother can.  He is a hoot and comes up with hilarious comments that keep us laughing.  Recently, he has started liking trains, and trucks, and Paw Patrol.  He and his sisters are very competitive and he and Tracey butt heads the most between our children.  He says when he grows up, he wants to be a camel.

CAROLINE CHRISTINE

Caroline is the sweetest little girl almost all the time.  She is such a good big sister and big cousin and frequently calls Addallee or her baby cousins, "Baby Girl!" She takes great pride in making them laugh, getting them bottles, pacifiers, or diapers, and helping her younger friends at school get their shoes and coats on before recess.  Caroline is incredibly organized and loves to pretend to play restaurant or tea party complete with using toy dishes to set the table or serve her costumes.  Caroline is our most sensitive child and also our most reserved in new situations or with crowds of people.  She is the slowest to warm up to strangers, or extended family that we don't see very often.  That being said, once she does warm up to new people, she LOVES the extra attention and will cuddle on their laps and bring books over for them to read to her for hours.  As a middle child, Caroline does not like it when her siblings fight, and has learned to try to keep the peace by saying things like, "I like ev-body."

Happy Third Birthday to my wonderful twins!  It is such a privilege to be your Mama.
