If you...May I suggest celebrating the small things? If you tell yourself you have to everything, and then try you will fail. You will. But try to do one small extra thing a day. And celebrate that. I'm not a mom, so I cannot relate completely. But I have felt the guilt, the anxiety, and the weight of a thousand things on my shoulders. <br /><br />One of my favorite verses for times like this is Psalm 61:1-3. It says, Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy.<br /><br />And remember, this too shall pass, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.
